Terms of Use for Panorun

These Terms of Use govern your use of Panorun ("the App"), made by TIE-Games ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the App.

1. Your games

The App comes with no games. It plays game files you add yourself. Use only game files you have the right to use, such as copies of games you own, as the law where you live allows. You are responsible for the game files you add and for sharing a room in which a game is played.

2. Playing online

A room is run by the player who opens it and joined directly by the others; we run no servers for it and cannot see or moderate what happens in it. Play online with people you trust, choose a name that doesn't identify you if you prefer, and share a room's invitation only with the people you want in it.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the App, or remove its notices. The App includes open-source components under their own licences, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, that it plays every game correctly or that it works with every device or network.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, saved games or recordings, arising from the use of the App. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or change the App or these terms; changes are published at this address with an updated date above.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live remain unaffected.
