Terms of Use for Cam2You

These Terms of Use govern your use of Cam2You ("the App"), made by TIE-Games ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the App.

1. YouTube

Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; how the App handles it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke the App's access to your YouTube account at any time in the App (Disconnect) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2. Your videos

• You are responsible for the videos you upload and for their titles and descriptions. Upload only content you have the right to publish, and follow YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• Your videos remain yours. We don't receive, store or use them.
• YouTube decides whether and how it accepts and shows your uploads. For example, it may keep videos uploaded through apps it has not yet approved private, reject duplicates or limit how many videos can be uploaded per day.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the App, or remove its notices. The App includes open-source components, such as FFmpeg, under their own licences; they are listed in the App under Settings → Licences, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

4. Paid features

If the App offers paid features, their price and scope are shown before you buy. Purchases on Google Play or the App Store are subject to those stores' terms, including their refund rules. Desktop licence keys are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, under its terms and refund policy. Cam2You Pro can be tried for free for 30 days; nothing is charged when the trial ends: the Free plan's limits apply again unless you buy Pro, and nothing you made is deleted.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, that every upload succeeds or that it works with every camera or device. The App never deletes your original videos on its own, and deletes files on a camera only after you confirm it; still, keep your own copies of important videos.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or videos, arising from the use of the App. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your channel and uninstalling it. We may end or change the App or these terms; changes are published at this address with an updated date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live remain unaffected.
